Dead cat, Judas Shadows, 1UP, Anhk and you know those items give you extra life and it's extemely useful (when you have a lot of life, of course) and drop you an item, consumables, trinkets and consumables

Hmmm, wondering if it kills you if you have holy mantle or wafer... personally not a fan of the, it straight up kills you tho. You'd need to be desperate and have additional lives to even risk using it.

The chances of getting the suicide king and a one-up item or even playing as lazarus is extremly rare, at least for me.

I would say the card is situational it can help with the right setup but can also be completly useless.
