Anyone know how to disable Vsync?
Framerate goes insanely high at some times and I heard this fixes it

go to "users\*yourname*\documents\my games\binding of isaac rebirth" and edit options.ini
just replace the 1 in "vsync=1" with a 0

dont have an options.ini, dont know how to make an .ini either.

it's not in the game installation folder but in the /mydocument/mygames/bindingofisaac/options.ini
also that folder contains your savefiles

is this still dead, because i have it off in my optfions but the game is still on 60

Not now that you turned it into the undead.

Your issue could be your set up. Like if you have a laptop but are using an external monitor for the game then the default display settings will match the frame rate to the laptop built in and not the external. Not sure how that works on desktop but if you have more than one monitor make sure you set the monitor you play the game on as the primary monitor. There may be some other settings you'll need to tweak as well.
