Charge items bugged

Hello everyone,

each time I try to charge an item like Brimstone / Cursed Eye... the character randomly stops charging, and I can manage to get one hit every 3/4 attempts only.

Thought my arrows keys where at fault and tryed to remap, but I still get that problem, and it turns every runs with a charge item, or with Azazel as an auto fail. I have a Logitech G15, and so far every tests I've run claimed my keyboard is fine (tryed playing the original BoI too, works perfectly fine)>.<
If anyone have a solution, I'd love to try it

I assume it still doesn't work even if you wait for it to fully charge and your character flashes?

If its something bugged with the game, I may not be able to help.

However if its an issue with your key registrating with the mechanic, maybe try changing your fire keys to different keys

Thanks Kanavas, i did try to change the keys, without succes.

And I can fully charge, it's just while I keep the key pressed, the charge reset randomly, while I still holdd down the key.

I would suggest getting a controller if you plan on using charge items. It's far far easier if you have an xbox controller, the 2nd analog stick is used for aiming your shots up down left right. As long as the stick is all the way to the edge, you will always hold the charge, so it's just a matter of sliding the stick around the edge to face the right direction you want.

Have you changed the "controllerhotplug" setting in the options file from 1 to 0? (Documents/MyGames/Binding of Isaac Rebirth)

I had similar problems around launch with input being dropped, most noticeable with charge items. Hope this helps.

It's a bit late here, but I changed the controllerhotplug to 0, and I have my Xbox controler, so I'll try both tomorrow when I get back from work :)
