I don't know how I can do this. The bombs are so weakened that Its really hard to defeat the bosses in the womb + mom herself. I died in the womb, because I needed to fight 2 lokis with only 3 hearts left. impossible :/

just noticed that the bombs you can place (not those you shoot) are far more powerful.

You probably realized but you can use the Detonator item to detonate the Dr. Fetus bombs early which makes it a lot better. Though the damage output is still not fantastic.

I had the chance to run into ipecac after Dr Fetus (in a normal run, not challenge) and it became much more easier. Instead of normal bombs, I fired poison bombs that explode on contact with everything - be it enemies, walls, rocks - damage rose up and I also had blast damage immunity. Otherwise, I think only some damage up items can help. I'm sad that Dr Fetus got that nerfed, but it's somehow intersting too.

Jesus Christ I'm so hating this, I've been trying to do it ALL day, but in the Womb there's always a cheap room with polycephalus or other impossible to hit ♥♥♥♥ preventing me to finish it, or a DUAL dark one in Necropolis, stuff like that, and god forbid the game to give me a single Damage Up.

use bombs as arrows basically use item sets them off whenever u use your autohit, this challenge is fairly easy, if u need bonus dmg use your own bombs. but u can easily win with 2 attack power bcuz u shoot bombs out so fast.

Just got it with Ehwaz rune that creates a trapdoor to go through womb 1 and the bible to kill the 2 mom bosses.
