Can someonte tel me how to go to the heaven and hell?

Just beated mon's heart, and this is my 5th times to defeat it. Stll can't go to the heaven and hell.Can someone tell me how to go there?

In the original game, you have to defeat mom's heart 10 times. Or have a Devil Room spawn after the battle.

you have to defeat mom 10x before you can get to the catherdral. Sheol is already unlocked form the beginning, there is a chance that a devil room will spawn after defeating a boss. When you get in the room you can get a few items, but when you get a devilroom after defeating mom's heart there will be no items but only an entrance to sheol.

Unless they have changed it, taking no red heart damage during the boss fight increases your chances of devil/angel room in every boss. With mom's heart that means getting cathedral/sheol access. Certain items give you higher chance those rooms spawning as well.

You can get there before you're supposed to if you get a angel room, i believe.

Yes, if a Devil or Angel room appears after killing Mom's Heart you can go to Sheol or Cathedral before defeating mom 10 times, it already happened to me.

Same as in Normal, unless you are running a seed or a challenge.
