Boss rush during a challenge

After beating the boss rush during a challenge, no rewards (or achievement) unlocked.

Completing a challenge unlocks a rune. Completing a boss rush unlocks an items. But completing a boss rush during a challenge unlocks nothing.

For exemple. If I'll do "Pitch black" in challange list, I will unlock a new rune right? But I don't understand why if I do "Pitch black" I see a trophy with a cross through. Confused u.u

The throphy is just the ending trigger after beating the challenge.

yes when i was doing the purest i did the boss gauntlet and beat shoel to see if bonsu stuf happened, but nothing does. needless to say it was still fun :)

I beat the challange "Pitch Black" and I got the rune :) Thanks for your help :)
