Extra card or pill switching

Is there any way to switch which pill or card you will use when you press Q for example when I have a full health pill in the back and a health down pill in the front, do I have to use the health down pill before I can use the full health? or is there a way to switch?

There is a button to switch. I use a controller so I don't know what key it is on a keyboard, but just check the settings.

there isn't an option to swap pills :( also Torigoma, what if you don't find another pill for like a level or two which can screw you over, so you have to take a bullet for what should be no reason :C

its the "Drop" button, RT on a controller.
Check your options.

You could drop it and then use the other pill then pick up or ignore the first I suppose....
