Book of Secrets

Wiki doesn't know what it does. Anyone here do? It's the white book with a "?" on it, like "more options", but book-ier and an activated item.

Actually, the book of secrets it's a pretty crappy item. When you use it, it reveal every secret rooms on the map.

Actually, the book of secrets will randomly give you either the compass, blue map or regular map effect on that floor on use. If you're able to use it multiple times on that floor you could potentially get multiple effects. At least, i think it was doing that.

I've only used it twice but it gave me the Compass effect both times.

Kind of a useless item when the superior Crystal Ball exists...
