I just got this item, I remember unlocking it from one of the characters. What does it do exactly? Its icon is a scrambled image of the compass, a pill, and some paper. Its description is also "Undefined".

I got it once, one use transported me to the I AM ERROR room, and then using it again on the next floor just teleported me back to the treasure room on that floor. Only used it those 2 times though so not 100% that's all it can do.

I know it teleports you places. I'm sure not sure if there's a pattern as to where it teleports you.

The wiki has no info on it.

Transported me once to the secret room. And twice to the opened treasure room after that. Huh.
