The Negative [SPOILERS]

I always felt that Sheol was easier then the cathedral in Binding of Isaac.
The fight hasn't changed either in Rebirth.
HOWEVER
after killing Satan a few times you unlock something called "The Negative."
It drops like the polaroid in the original.
You are moved to another level after killing Satan while you have the Negative, which is an item, not a trinket.
I did not have the nerve to take any screen caps, mostly due to a mysterious item which teleported me EVERYWHERE on the level (Probably the Goat's Head, available in the Devil room).
The boss for this stage is called "The Lamb"
He looks like a giant version of a skeleton with a tail and curved horns. He has a flipped cross on his skull.

I managed to get him down to 1/3 health as Eve before dying.

First stage:
he moves around slowly like the Dark One, occasionally spewing out a moderate amount of projectiles that explode when landing.

He also fire large homing projectiles in a rotating cross.

Second Stage (2/3 health remaining):
His head pops off and his body remains stationary.
The head can shoot brimstone in a rotating cross.
The body will occasionally shoot out projectiles from it's position like monstro.

Now I'm sitting here thinking:

"What in the name of God is waiting at the end of the Cathedral?"

Short answer: Still Isaac.

I'll assume it's still ??? in the chest too, and I don't know if there's anything after that, maybe there will be some in DLC, or maybe already is but I don't know yet.

The assumed final boss, final barring dlcs and however the lost is unlocked

It does, you charge tears and it fires a small volley.

Seriously it teleported me out of the Satan fight five times.
It's good and all but come on.
