Anybody else found this item yet?

It has a chance to cause slowdown on all enemies upon entering a room. I am thinking the chance is either 50% or 33%.

Yep. I think it only appears in the Shop.

I've bought it a few times, I really don't like how unreliable it is but it is super powerful when it does trigger. Almost a free room clear since all the enemies are slowed so much.

I think it can also speed up enemies sometimes, at least judging by speed of the music playing.

had it trigger on Mom's heart in slowing her down. Was hilarious easy fight. :D

It's unreliable indeed. There is a rare chance (probably dependent on luck stat) that the watch will speed up time instead thus making a room much more difficult.

Kinda unrelated, but what the hell does the game console thing you can find in the shop do? I think it just says "pay to play" and it's a use item that can't be used?

You spend 1 penny to damage all enemies in the room. Pretty strong if you got enough bucks.

oh, he meant the magic fingers, i knew i'd heard what that one does and tried to find it again but couldn't.
also, isn't that a reference to vibrating motel beds? never heard of calling a game console magic fingers, not that it matters.
