Control bug?
I had the same problem with Binding of Isaac.

hen I shoot right (I press right arrow), then I press D, and I can't change course until I stop moving or shooting. I mean I can't go down and right a the same time (diagonal), when I'm shooting left.

Similar case with shooting down.

I start to think It can be a problem with my keyboard? Had reinstalls, with this keyboard it worked long time ago, but it's old, so I guess I should get a new one?

I noticed this too. It's very frustrating. I think it is bug within the game because I have tried with different keyboards - usual and mechanical one

Movement works fine for me- it may be the amount of inputs your keyboard supports (maybe). Probably best to try and test it with a friends keyboard or something like that, to see if makes any difference, before getting a new one.

It works with other directions. So my keyboard supports lots of imputs, it's only a problem when shooting down or right.

On my laptop it runs fine.

Laptop: Win8.1, intel dualcore 2gHz, 256mb graphics card geforce, 2 gb RAM

main PC: win8.1, amd quadcore 3gHz, 2gb graphics card geforce, 6gb RAM

So I guess it has something to do with AMD processors.

You have AMD or intel?

The problem is probably your keyboard. Most keyboards only support pressing 3 or 4 keys at the same time, and this number varies depending on which keys you are holding down. This is called "ghosting".

There is no solution to this issue. This is a flaw in keyboard design because the device was originally created for typing, not pressing many keys at once. All you can do is buy an "anti-ghosting" keyboard. Most keyboards designed for gaming have this feature.

Microsoft wrote a great article about this design flaw.

One possible solution is to map new keys. Maybe you'll get lucky and find key combinations that allow for more simultaneous presses.

Thank you!

I was thinking about buying new keyboard, but I don't have enought money, and my mouse is broken too...

Unfortunately anti-ghosting keyboards are relatively expensive because they need to be wired with a lot of diodes. You should consider buying a gaming keyboard and mouse combo to save a few dollars.
