Anyone else getting constantly horrible runs?

I always seem to get the ♥♥♥♥tiest items in the game, one after the other.
The times I DO get a good item, a plethora more bad items follow afterwards.
I know it's RNG, but GRR, it's very frustrating to have no tear upgraes in the depths and die because of it and other relevant situations.

I find the pill luck rate to be BS, and regen cosumables to be ♥♥♥♥ - ok, im alright whith my upgrade drops, and my health drops never seem to occur that much

Pills were mostly bad in the old game too. That's why Cain was such a powerful character, because he never got bad pills. Getting constant Health Up, Tears Up, and Full Health pills can make a pretty OP run.

I get lots of hp drops and consumables, but next to no good pills or boss items. The most common boss drop for me is Pageant Boy.

was trying the purist challenge just now, game wouldn't give up the bombs so i never got many secret rooms and wasn't able to start snowballing, rage inducing, that helped though :D

i had an epic eden run.That went and beat sheol. if you wnat a good run put in this seed eejhnfz4 it takes skill but the item combo is epic.

I mostly get really bad runs, that's why I do challenge runs. For some reasons I've finished most of them first try. I either get super good items or way too much HP or both at the same time. It's just crazy how I get so much luck in challenge runs. Like one time I got the bible in the shop just before mom.
