...and get what we unlocked back by chance? My save file has been deleted a few times already and it's getting a bit disheartening. I'm a gigantic fan of the original BoI (241 hours played) and am liking Rebirth so far but it's getting frustrating that my save file is getting repeatedly deleted.

I understand this is a bug that is being looked into, but anyway to unlock what we've already gotten by our unlocked achievements?

I'm experimenting with the save files now with the intent of eventually making a little application that does this for you. So far Nicalis has been silent as far as I can tell about this avenue, though it seems perfect to me.

I've just been backing up the save file every run, as It's literally just a copy+paste process you can even do it without closing the game. I've not had it wipe them yet, but if it does I know I won't lose much at least.

This is good to do, but that doesn't help people who've already lost it.
