My fav new item is shining blue cross which grants electric shield that blocks 1 hit in every room. It's just great thing to play without taking damage.

Child's Heart. As stupid as it sounds, I just love the massive increase in heart drops it gives you. Has kept me alive in a few runs.

"holy shield", jesus that item, you just WIN if you get it hands down unless your are totally incompetent or have base damage

EFFECT: shields you from one hit every room

special mention to dark buddy which is also completely overpowered

EFFECT: transforms all heart drops into soul hearts when it picks them up

The meteor/planet item, where your shoots fly around you. With a few other items that improve your damage, you can easily kill anything.

I finished the Boss Rush room with little effort.

I tried to complete Head Trauma challenge (which features soy milk and little planet) but it's like... no damage. Looks cool, but not effective. Awesome But Impractical.

I got Toxic Tears (don't remember the actual name), Fear effect, Slow effect, extremelly fast shooting, all this with meteor/plannet... and Evil baby (aka portable Brimstone), Mask item (which lowers damage taken)... it was pretty OP xD

Dark Bum is probably my favorite item since I play with Azazel and Eve. It comes in handy during the boss challenge room.

I decided to try this challenge too. In the Basement II I picked up Brimstone in devil's room. And it looks kinda beautiful 8) It shoots without delay))) And the damage is not so low. Quite OP
