Most OP item combos

What is the most OP item synergies you have run into thus far. It seems like a lot of potential for some awesome ones. Today I got monstro's lung, fire tears and then Polyphemus. I just ripped my way done to Sheol on my first womb run.

Today i got brimstone, mutant spider, and concussive shots.
The bosses just evaporated.

Does Brimstone actually stack with quad shot? If that's true then nothing whould be able to survive that much damage

Yep it does, i think i also got burning shot as well

Azazel Beam/Brimstone and Tammy's Head use item. 1-turn cooldown, and it fires 8 lasers in all directions, and each is counted seperately for damage. Yes, it did one-shot numerous bosses.

whilst this isnt op, having broken remote and any spacebar item with infinite charge (How to jump,slot machine,guppys paw etc) allows you to teleport indefiantely.

though im not sure if it can reach I am error rooms)

for me the closest op build ive had was brimstone + Mutant spider + number one + maxed fire rate/tears.
4 brimstone lazers at hileriously fast fire rate

Lol, I was playing with the Lazarus whatever his name, the demon, managed to get that item and I was able to control a red circle of brimstone that evaporated everything.

Brimestone + Tammy's Head evaportates entire rooms with the push of a Button.

i personally find guppy not too useful, since theres plenty of ways to get flying and npc help (flies/spiders)

Ya, guppy alone is not that great. Decent when paired with Hive Mind though.

same, usually have some other means of flying or ladder at least before it's even possible.

i believe i was using isaac with flame tears an item that doubles tears called 20/20 flame bombs and the anarchist cook book led to every bomb from the cook book leaving a flaming pile on the ground that killed bosses like nothing
