Fire tears/poison tears

Anyone know what item it is or how to unlock it to get the fire tears i really want them as i got them with 3 dollar bill or the poisonous onion or w.e the poison tear item is called.

the common cold will give you poison tears, the new onion item added gives you what seems like basically penetrating shots that don't disappear when hitting an enemy, the 3 dollar bill makes tears random on each room.

not sure if that's what you're after, but i think so.

no iw as asking how to acquire the onion item that actually makes yours tears poison DOT damage and the Fire tears pretty sure its an item because you get it sometimes using 3 dollar bill so more then likely it is.

Fire tears are unlocked from the start, just got to find them (yes it's an item, much like most tear-effect items) - I got the fire ones in my 1st run (edit: bagel mentions it's called fire mind, which it probably is tbh - I paid almost no attention to the name at the time), it was immediately obvious what it did - made tears fireballs. I soon found out that it also adds a chance to cause an explosion+spawn a fire when hitting an enemy. This fire-spawning explosion can cause self-damage too and is a bigger aoe than the spawned fire itself. Fire deals damage over time similar to poison, and can as a result damage (partially - not certain on fully shielded ones) shielded targets.
