Bug Report with "Flush" Item

If your face the boss "Haunt" with the 3 spooky ghosties, if you turn his little ghosts into poop piles and kill them that way, he will not turn into a hittable form, he will stay incorpreal forever :(

does that turn enemies into poops, or only hurt poop based enemies btw?
found it last night but wasn't willing to give up my other item for it.

it turns all non boss enemies in a room to poop

had a similar glitch the first time i fought him (was actually a double trouble room)... can't exactly remember how it happened, but both Haunts wouldn't go into their second phase (they didn't even send their ghosts to attack me), so i had to leave the game and load it again for the boss fight to actually work

Can Anyone Pls Help Me I just Got the new afterbirth + and afterbirth itself I could not load it so I deleted the Gfx folder cause I thought it was because of the mods i preiviously installed But after reinstalling everything 5 times it just wont work it says something about vcruntime error or something I cannot load the game at all pls help and u will be my hero
