Swapping pickups (Cards/pills)
When you have an upgrade that doubles the amount of cards/pills you can hold is there a way to swap between them whilst you have two picked up or do I have to drop them first to pick them up in the order I'll use them?

Uhm....
Press the "Item Drop"-button to swap.
Hold the "Item Drop"-button to drop trinkets, pills, cards.
