No Boss Rush Achivement

You may know that after you defeat Mom on a challenge it will open a passage for a room where you fight EVERY boss that goes before mother, after I went full Rambo and defeated everyone like boss guess what I've got?... NOTHING not even a achivement but I'm not mad because of that, I'm mad that I was actually able to beat these sonuva♥♥♥♥♥es but I have nothing to prove that I actually did it... So basicly boss rush is totally useless.

yea, by doing that room you should get something. I've gotten the Nail, Judas' Shadow, and Eve's Mascara by doing that room with Issac, Judas, and Eve.

I unlocked the nail by doing it.

Really? The only item that appeared to me was the increasing fire rate mushroom.

They mean the secrets unlocked and not the item drops.

When you walk in you choose one of four items, then do the Boss fights. After beating them all (if you don't die) you should get an achievement for doing it with whatever charecter you are playing as.

The only thing I've unlocked was Robo baby v2 which you unlock anyway by finishing the challenge "Computer Savvy" without needing to defeat the bosses only Mom.

Im pretty sure you dont unlock items when doing challenge runs (other than the item for completing the run) but each character unlocks something from beating boss rush, when i was playing as caine I completed it and got "Caines other eye" an item and achievent, I assume the nail is what you get for beating it as isaac considering most people are saying they got that item.

you gotta unlock within 20 min in a normal game, so no challenge
