I was Cane, on my 4th run with 2 Mom's heart kills (in case you don't get the same seed, a friend did not). Got Ludavico Technique, brimstone, #1, became guppy, it was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous. Here's a screen from early in the run, forgot to take one before i finished Mom's heart.

I just tested the seed with Cane again and it worked. You might have to pick Cane as well.
