Dead Cat (9 lives) kills Azazel?

When you pick up Dead Cat (9 Lives) with Azazel you just instantly die.
I had one black heart left, it activated, and then I died. Game over. No 8 other lives.
Is this intended?

Also, does anyone know a place to report (potential) bugs?

weird, i've picked up dead cat a couple of times with azazel and i never die

I took dead cat in a secret room with purple fire. I got hit once before the animation finished and I died instantly. Twas a damn good run too. :-(

Can you tell a little more details? Did you already had dead cat when you died, or you made a deal that killed you while picking dead cat? Or something hit you while picking dead cat?

Not entirely sure now, but I picked it up with 1 black heart left and then died. I assume something happened that got rid of that black heart just before the dead cat effect occurred. Its also a possbility it might've been a deal with the devil too. I'll update this again if I ever get anything like that happen again.
