Laying bombs randomly?

Just walking around and at random I lay a bomb. Is there an item that does this or is it a bug?

Bombs are binded to E by default, maybe you pressed it by accident.

I've had this happen to me a few times, luckily each time was in front of a secret room so I assumed it was a new item.

I bound bombs to shift. I wasn't pressing it by accident either. Perhaps my keyboard is messing up.

This is happening to me too, and I also rebound my key to shift. It even happened one when I wasn't even touching the keyboard. REALLY annoying.

You sure you didn't have explosive direah, theres another pickup that does it aswell cant' rember which.

Literally every run has done this. I can't hold onto bombs for more than 4 rooms without them randomly going off. Makes the game mostly unplayable.

Keybindings are changed in the Options menu, under Controls.

Also, I switched my bomb key back to E, and it seems to have fixed the problem *fingers crossed*

Happens to me with bombs rebound to shift as well.

maybe your shift button have its funtion on. You know, when you hold shift fot too long you have that windows screen about stuff which i cant describe in english.

No, I would know if stickykeys were on.

As with others in this thread, changing the key back to the default resolved this.

This was happening to me too. I didn't rebind my keyboard controls, but I did rebind the bomb key in the controller settings. Then, in the middle of a run no less, the controller config reset to default and I haven't had the problem since.
