And endless stat ups.
Yes, but there were lots of good characters in Isaac. The only real bad character was Samson and that was because of a few reasons that were kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
1. Bloodlust isn't even that good. Sure it's kind of useful on the bosses that actually matter, but doesn't do enough.
2. Bloodlust is a "special" item, which instantly drops your chances of finding another to 25% (From 75 or 85% I forget)
3. He starts with 1 heart and a soul heart.
4. He has high shot speed, which means his individual tear speed will be higher, thus knocking enemies back further and potentially killing you because knockback is real whack.
The saddest part of all this is the only good thing about him is that he starts off with an extra soul heart which gives you some room for mistakes so you can get an angel or devil room.
Really every character was easily breakable except Eve and Samson.
knockbacks quite good though considering most of the enemies charge at you or shoot bullets , the only times its ever bad is using bombs + tears, or when they curve into you because they were moving diagonally
