I just found this room, it rerolls all of your items and can help if you were screwed, I found mine on the womb.

It doesn't just reroll your items, it can give you items too. Found one during a challenge run. I went from having 3 items to having enough to fill the list in the pause menu. It also seems to have other effects, it reset a floor in one of Northernlion's videos.

I think each number face does something different. Five seems to reroll the floor, one your items. The other four(?), dunno

Maybe it rerolls a certain number of items? And having more, conversely, would give you less items? Or it has to do with the dice number, like the other guy said

Three seems to give you an item. Five seems to reset the floor and give you 2-3 items and replace 2-3 items with new ones (I got 5 new things and 3 of them didn't replace anything)

I found a 2 once, room had several pickups on the floor. I grabbed most, but had to activate the room to grab the last and it re-rolled it into a troll bomb. So, 2 re-rolls consumables/pickups?

If you get a 5 you'll reroll the level

Found a six. All my items got replaced, and everything on the floor got rerolled - imagine you have both dices, and roll everything in every room from the previous game. Not sure if I received extra items.

I beleive a 2 has the same affect as the "forget me now" item and a number 6 rerolls all of youre current items (i think this is similar to another number i stepped on)

I got a 4.... no idea what it did, though I did feel suspisciously powerful afterwards

I got a 6 and many of my items rerolled to something else and I got crazy powerful, but I was already really powerful. I had Cursed Charging Shots + Piercing shots + Fear shots + Slowing shots + Technology and this was replaced with something that made me fire two tears at once + Parasite and I still kept all the other stuff apart from Piercing/tech .. I facerolled thru the game to the end.

So the above comment to '' rerolls all current items '' is invalid as i kept many of my items still.

Having great run.
First Basement XL, then Caves XL with Dice Room - what did it do ?
It reroll Caves and now (i killed 2 bosses in XL) have Caves 1 and then Caves 2. Which means. 4x bosses + 4x Treasure room on 2 floors ;)

If you use Dice Room, do it after clearing the floor ;)

glad you shared the seed, love the XL floors, probably won't bother cause of achievement disable though.

It is also good for experimenting (on Dice Room) purposes, does it always rool the same activity based on Dice floor dots.
