Oh, nevermind. Had to try out my tears. If anyone's wondering, the "R U A Wizard?" pill makes you shoot your tears alternating to the left and to the right, at 45-degree angles, for a while.
It makes your tears fire at like 45 degree angles.
Yeah, I figured it out.

But even if it was forced on you, I think it would be way too difficult. Imagine if you got the pill late in your game, and it ruined your run completely. In that case I think the effect would have to be changed somehow.
It's the only pill in the game that just doesn't make any sense mechanics wise IMO. Even puberty makes more sense. :P
