Most badass room I've seen so far.

Well, played for some hours now and I've seen some new things. But after killing mom, that big devil-like room with the 4 items in it.. man, did anyone else picked it up and was like "WTF is going on here?" ..like, I've been kinda lucky because I had a pretty OP item combo but if I were in there with "normal" items I would've probably pissed myself.

Just got it. Got isaacs head achievement for clearing this. Achievements are so broken, i'm pretty sure isaac's head is given for killing isaac in original game.

Well, I got The Nail achievement (probably because I killed a specific number of bosses?), but no Isaacs Head. Even though I was kinda sad that I got no achievement that's like "Worst Room Cleared".. Well, I hope they fix those broken achievements :/

Yeah I also got the Issac's head achievement for clearing the room. Honestly I'm finding it slightly irritating that hardly any of the achievements once unlocked tell you how you earned them.

I think The Nail was for completing game 2 times.

Its because they are broken. In original game u could easily say what actions caused what achievements.
