Secret ladder room in the middle of a big room

So I was messing around with Anarchist Cookbook and boom I found this ladder place in the middle.

There were 2-3 flies there and an item that gave me that magnificent hair and beard.
It allows you to crush rocks as you walk over them as if you have the nail.

The room was vertical and you could climb up those ladders using up and down keys.

It seems to be like another secret free item room from my experience, as I found it earlier and got a item in there, forgot what it was though.

this room is a referance ot the zelda series. In the original zelda the room you went to was the exact 1 where youd find a treasure

I hadn't played Zelda before, this is neat. So there is a reason to blow up everything you see from now on as it can be free items. Also mushrooms in the caves can drop Mini Mush.
