Just started the game the first time.. Where the hell is the start button on the keyboard??

I like the new music personally, also you can change the controlles.

Yeah Enter worked for me too to start. I don't have a gamepad plugged in at all, though. Though I in my devices and printers it shows I have an xbox 360 controller for Windows? Maybe that's it.
No option to rebind controsl for me either.
Or a way to save game during a run.

I have an X-Box controller and used it for my first run (will stick with keys in future) pressing the start button on the controller doesn't do anything on the intro screen. You have to press A. This is clearly lazy development just leaving the console text.
