I deleted my old gamedata so these are my new stats: already have all the achievements so 100%, i thought 330 hours, 74 deaths in the new game data, 8 mom kills and 134 items

Have not 100% but I have gotten the polaroid, all characters and a large majority of the items and unlocks and I'm only at around 37-40~ ish hours playtime, since some of my playtime was through spider mod as well. But I feel that considering I haven't owned and played the game since it was released that's not too bad.

Also had a really nice, but not overly easy last run through of Wrath of the Lamb just a few hours ago that was a win all the way through the chest, ended up eventually with Brimstone+polyphemus and it was such a nice way for a run to end.
