Controller or Keyboard?
Gonna play with a PS4 controller personally

I prefer the keyboard. I've grown so used to it. I'm obviously going to have to get used to the PS4 controller on my PS4 though.

360 control

Keyboard. It'll make almost no difference what control method you use, but I like keyboard controls a lot better in most of the games I play on steam.

Plus like. I've 'mastered' the original Isaac with a keyboard, so that's reason enough to stick to what I know.

IMO controller is going to be more "Precise" than Keyboard.

I'd argue that a keyboard allows for much faster reaction times because it's instantaneous, allowing for much better 'precise' movement.

Felt the same way about Super Meat Boy.

If I play on pc, I try to use kb+m combo all the way. Except for Dark Souls 2 because this game is cabbage without a controller. So yeah Isaac will be played with KB+M as well considering I played the first one and was pretty good at it with this combo! :D

I'll be playing it with keyboard since I've grown accustomed to using that after 200+ hours of TBoI

I have a feeling I'll be using the keyboard more than the controller I have. I might try it with controller once in a while to do the slow walk but I prefer the keyboard way more.

Keyboard. Played the first one too much already to switch, but I'll try out the gamepad and see how it feels.

If you could shoot in diagonal directions I'd definitely use a gmaepad, but it is 4-way.

I'm going to use a controller :) . I started using one for the original and I liked it more then the keyboard and mouse. Plus it keeps my hands from cramping up that way :/

Definitely keyboard, I use it for any shmup and twin-stick shooter too, plus the ability to alternate keys rapidly is pretty good.

Do envy the analog movement controller users get a bit though.

Keyboard all the way. ♥♥♥♥ controllers, specially when a game works well with a keyboard/mouse.
