Hey guys, for this seed id reccomend Azazel, since you get the ludovico technique in teh first item room, full guppy transformation from devil rooms, making you spawn towns of flies as well as guppies paw for soul conversion, and you can get midas touch on the floor two due to lord of the pit, id recommend devil rroms not angel rooms 76nr 6xwj, this is hard mode

Seed: R6E0Q83Z GR: Holy Mantel, Boss: Bandage, GR: Crickets Body, Boss: Dog Food, DD: Book of Revelations, GR: 20/20, Boss: Safetypin, DD:Rotten Baby, GR: Mask of Infamy, Boss: HP Up, DD: Three red chests, one contains Nine Lives, take Nine Lives because you will get it at the next DD too. Boss: Cube of Meat, DD: Hour of Babylon, Nine Lives, and another bad Item, Arcade( for theHour of Babylon effect), GR: Ecoli, Boss: Tooth Picks(if not Polaroid or Negativ) DD: Dark Bum and Brimstone! And lots of soul and black hearts, from the start to the end. But I got this run in the Pitch Black challange, so for me the run was over. I’m a beginner so you maybe get other Items, but you can play on a new file. If You played it on a old file, please let me know what you got :D

Try MDJ3881P play with azazel, first item is quadshot, play on normal pick any guppy items there are a lot. Also once you get guppys collar dont be afraid to try dieing to get goat head etc. I tried it myself and i lived.
