real platinum god and challenge runs

i got sacred heart on the glass cannon looked does it count towards real platinum god or not? looked through items but so many items look identical.

Go to Stats, then Items, and you can see every single item you've unlocked. If it's there, it's unlocked. If it's not, then it's not.

i've looked through the items but as i said i have about 20 diffrent heart items 2 that look like sacred heart

Challenges don't count for any achievements except for completing the challenge itself. You have to get everything else on regular runs.

You cant use seeds to unlock stuff and its not luck based
