I have instant-charge Brimstone. How?
It literally charges instantly and I can't figure out why. What item makes that happen.

It's ridiculously overpowered as I can just spam it non stop, one after another and as you can see it's poisonous due to Scorpio and not to mention it's damage is super high due to Polyphemus.

Could Libra be the item that makes me able to charge it instantly?

If you have tons of damage it'll dump it into tear rate which will give the fast charge rate

I had the instant-charge before I got a lot of damage. When I was at around 3 bars of damage.
