Amazing way to get secret room items

Happened across this by accident just now.

Have the D6 and the Judgement card, go to the Chest/Dark Room and enter the secret room. Use the Judgement card in the secret room and hope you spawn a key master - it's also possible that a key master will be in the secret room already, which is great for you. Feed the key master and watch him spit out chest after chest. Every normal and gold chest of his will contain an item. Reroll all the items either after he leaves with another spawn, or once you run out of keys (if there are golden chests in the room, stop feeding the key master and use your remaining keys to open them). I had seven items reroll into secret room items, and I was able to snag 1-Up, Transcendence, Missing No and Skeleton Key on my new file.

It's luck based, I know, but then again, it's a great way to get a flood of secret room items, possibly even more if you manage to find a Jera rune somewhere on the floor, or if you can Sharp Plug your D6 over and over. You might even be able to use this trick on the angel room in the Chest/Dark Room to obtain difficult to get items like Godhead and Sacred Heart, assuming you find a red chest that sends you there, or if you happen to have Starter Deck with a Joker and Judgement card.

I finished getting all the secret room items by using the ipecac, sharp plug, pyromaniac, D6 combo. Just bring a temperance card in there and feed the machine until it bursts. Reroll the blood bag it drops. Use your bombs to heal you.

Another way is Rebirths way of Greed-farming. Get Greed or Super Greed in a secret room, have them spawn enemies, and kill Greed/Super Greed while leaving the other enemies alive. They will drop their item (Steam sale or Quater) or money. Now you pause the game, choose quit, and then go back in with the "Continue" option. Greed or Super Greed will be back alive, and able to drop their item again, whille previous drops are still there. Redo this until you have a bunch of Steam Sales and/or Quaters in the room. Reroll. Boom, secret room item gallore.
