Explain D4 to me

OK, It says my items are rerolled but I see some aren't...
I saw somewhere my stats wouldnt change if the item are re-roled but I apparently that's incorrect. So If I get squeeze and reroll it do I still retain the tears up upgrade ?

I dont know what to think of that item.

There are only four items that cannot be rerolled: Breakfast, The Polaroid, The Negative, and the D4 itself. You're probably not rerolling some items because you most likely got the same items again after the reroll.

That's not how it works. Once you get an item it's out of the pool and can't be gotten again, other than Breakfast

When you reroll with the D4, it also disables all the items you were holding before the use (again not including Breakfast or the photos). This is why you'll eventually go down to base stats, besides HP, since at that point the D4 basically becomes a Breakfast Generator.
