Hardest "Easy" Achievement

What is the achievement that took you the longest to get despite being pretty common and supposedly easy to get.

For me it was The Cellar. It was my 144th achievement. Long after I'd been clearing the Dark Room and The Chest. After I had a Bandgage Girl. After I'd done my 9 (I don't have The Lost) hard kills of It Lives. After I'd done Family Man and Glass Cannon. I was thinking I'd never get it.

Cellar for me too, took around 70 hours to get that lol. I still regret getting it though (freaking spiders)...

Cellar was the last of the alt chapters I got because of Gemini.

Same for me too. At the time my /played was over 300 hours. But I leave the game on a lot, so it's greatly exaggerated.

Probably a tie between getting the D6 and the Mama's Boy Achievement. D6 because I kept consistently getting screwed over on the first two floors in terms of Bosses, Items and Enemies (two double-sized rooms, side by side, both filled with red and jumping spiders?! Seriously game, go ♥♥♥♥ yourself!) and Mama's Boy because I'd keep forgetting about it until after I already got hit or floated through a Curse room. lol

Finally got the D6 after I got Guppy by the 2nd Cellar and Satanic Bible in the Caves, and Mama's Boy because I actively had to remind myself not to get hit.

If you check my profile you can see that Counterfeit penny was last achievo before my Real Platinum God.
I use those shell games so rarely I didn't even realise I didn't unlock it.

All I was missing for Real Plat God was a few items from the secret room pool, those can be a real pain to get.

lord of flies & super bandage girls... ive got 172 or 174 achiev and i havent ever seen more than 2 flies items in the same game... i dont even talk about SBG : (

I think some people are missing the concept of easy. I know the players of this game skew to the harder of the grinders, but I'll never consider an achievement less than 10% of people have easy. I also sense of bit of humble bragging in all this.

Yes. But that isn't what this thread was asking for. It is for the achievement that should be easy, but took you forever.

For me the it was the halo, over 100 hours into the game before I got it, simply down to the fact I never was never bothered to run with the Bible just to kill Mom.
