How do you get Judas...?

I really want to get Judas but I cannot figure out how. If I have to complete a whole setting first, hella gonna screw up so badly xD

you will get it from just progressing and doing a thing, its best not to worry about it, all you are missing out on is that as long as he has his spacebar item he will always get a devil room, which does not complement his one heart container.

Wait, is Sheol a stage or a boss in one of the various stages? (I had just unlocked Eden, so ja)

Pretty much, to get Judas(in my opinion, the best character) you have to kill Satan for the first time. You can find Satan in Sheol. Sheol is the floor after the Mom's Heart/ It Lives fight. If you are far enough in the game, there will be two entrances, down and up. Sheol is down.

Just keep killing Mom's Heart and then jump down into the hole when it appears.

Sheol unlocks after the 10th kill of Mom's Heart (so on the 11th successful run). However, you can get there before that by using any skip-to-the-next-floor method while in Womb II. LIke "We Have To Go Deeper" (the shovel). After you get to Sheol, get to the end and kill the boss, Satan.

Well, crap. I just beat Mom's Heart for the first time and unlocked Eden...I'm screwed.

No, you're not. Keep beating Mom's Heart. If a devil room opens after you win, you can jump down the trap door to Sheol. Defeat Satan at the end and you'll unlock Judas.

Also, if you beat Mom's Heart 11 times, It Lives will permanently replace it in future runs. If you beat It Lives, you'll always have a choice of entering either Sheol or the Cathedral.

Thats why i said not to worry about it, i didnt worry about it, and guess what? the second time i was in the womb a curse room contained a teleport to the devil room, which sent me to sheol. just dont worry about it. if you really do want him, you might also be able to get there using telepills that lead to the i am error room, a rare room containing items that you can only find from using pills or an unlockable item, undefined. undefined is significantly likeley to send you to there or a black market, both might work, and you get it from beating the boss rush, which you get from killing mom within 20 minutes of starting and entering the hole in the wall.

Just saying, I beat it as Maggy, kind of the most over-powered character I have ATM (Excluding Eden, I have 0 tokens since I wasted one since I was nooby. Last time I did it I had to do ESC before death screen and Alt + F4 like 5 times so I wouldn't die, it was so op. I am very unlucky in this game anyway. xD

Eh, I really don't go into curse rooms much anymore unless I am Maggy and have full yum-heart regen ready.

why not? if you can fly it only takes half a heart, if you have the holy mantle it is free. the worst thing that can happen is SPIDERS OH MY GOD and the best thing that can happen is 2 chests with guppy items and a chest that teleports you to the devil room where they have brimstone and 2 chests which contain 2 more guppy items. oh, and i almost forgot, maggie isnt op. just wait till you get cain or azazel.

I do have Cain. He isn't really as op for me...it doesn't really help much.

maggie is generally weaker, has thier main ability a spacebar item, and has only one more than normal heart container. meanwhile, cain starts with a key, is faster and possibly stronger, and is the only character to start with a raise to the most important stat- luck. if you dont like cain, you wont like judas definiteley, especially if you like maggie.

Ok, I didn't know the other merits of Cain. Sorry...but these are the characters I do have-

Issac (Obviously), Lazarus (2nd most successful), Eve, Cain, Magdalene (most successful, beat mom's heart), and Eden.

judas is definiteley the weakest health wise, and his main ability is to get into devil rooms easily, which will either contain possibly dangerous red chests, or items that cost hearts.
