Epic Fetus damage upgrades
Can the damage from Epic Fetus be upgraded or can I savely reroll every dmg up Item?

Most of the items are overridden by Epic Fetus, but im not sure which ones that synergizes with it tho.

Bobs brain and poison bombs synergize well with dr fetus. The tears up upgrades dont affect the damage.

Yes, Epic Fetus does indeed benefit from damage ups. After a bit of damage ups, you will notice that when Epic Fetus shot lands, the ground shakes. You will also notice you can almost one shot bosses and such, with enough damage ups. Epic Fetus by itself is indeed very powerful, but I wouldn't pass up on damage ups.

Dr Fetus Bombs deal 3 times your tear damage, so epic fetus might work in a similar way.
