Why is raw Liver and Godhead so hard to find?

I have been playing the game for over 135 hours now and I have yet to see raw liver or Godhead. I have been trying to get raw liver for the past 3 days by rerolling items in the secret rooms but have had not luck mainly becasue pedastool items do not spaw in the rooms verry oftern at all. Does anyone now why they are so uncommon and how we can get them to appear more frequently? I hope the developers can fis this problem because these are the lat items that I need to fill out my collection page and unlock Platinum God and The Real Platinum God achievements.

Ive gotten raw liver tons of times just play the game trying to get godhead and look for liver along the way

One strategy is to blow up mushrooms/tinted rocks to spawn either a Magic Mush/Mini Mush or Small rock that you can reroll. The other is to find Temperence/Judgement cards and play them until a Blood Bag or any pedestal item from the begger shows up to reroll. Rinse and repeat.

Godhead is a similar tactic, fight the angel and bring your Judgement card so you can reroll both pedestals at once. Sharp Plug works well if you've obtained a substantial amount of health by that point.

i got thesee "rare" items at the very beginning of the game (Black Lotus, Raw Liver, etc.) and i don't know why people say they are so rare. I find them so often.

And Godhead isn't rare too. I even found it after unlocking it :D

there are achievements related to at least godhead and i think liver too so you need to actually accomplish those achievements before they will appear in a run

Problem? That is not a problem they need to "fix". Certain things are meant to be difficult, that is why they are called archievements. Otherwise they would be called "things you did" like some sort of log.
Not having the Platinum God archievements does not demerit from the fun of the game, it's just your own head demanding it, not a problem with the game itself.

In related news, I have never seen Black Lotus myself, but that ok, rerolling the hell out of the game just to get it doesn' sound like fun at all.

I kept resetting with Isaac and using his bomb and the D6 until I found a secret room with a pedastool item in it and re-rolled the item and if it was not what I was looking for I went and tried to find a shop and get a battery and roll again and see if I could get the raw liver. I eventally got it by repeating that method for a long time. As for the Godhead I was able to find a goat head in the cursed room on basement I and did not buy anything from the devil room on basement II and on the nest floor I had a angel room spawn so I bombed the angel statue so that I could fight the boss and have two pedastool items in the room. So when I used the D6, I had one of the items come up as the godhead. If it did not com up I would have gone to the shop and bought a battery and rolled againg hoping that it would come up the second time. If not go to the next floor and repeat the same strategy. I hope this helps you in obtaing your Real Platinum God achievement.

Depends on your luck, i found liver very early on and thought it was a penis lol.
