D4 ( Best Item )
With 2 runs with the D4 and easy wins ( although sometimes going to low health because of the items I have ) I have to say it is almost a guranteed win each time

I find the Stop Watch the most OP item. If you get it it's pretty much a guaranteed win. A must have for a Lost run!

But you gotta admit once you get it while having certain characthers, eg Azazel or sampson the damage is quite good.

D4 is actually a pretty good item for the Lost. It can help turn those HP ups and other useless items into something nice.

The D4 is Good Bad. It can turn runs around but also destroy runs. I think for the lost, if you have 9 lives or Holy Manlte then don't reroll or else you deserve to lose.
