Modding suggestion - Suggestion for a Repentance Mod

So, you know how Rep + has all those balance changes (for better or for worse) that if you don’t have the DLC installed they’re unavailable to you? And how if you have Rep + installed tons of mods break due to requiring Repentagon or some other reason (EID and Unintrusive pause menu I’m looking at you)? Well maybe someone could make a mod bringing some of (if not all) of the balance changes from Rep + into Repentance without having to download Repentance + and have tons of mods and stuff break!

If someone does this, please try to prioritise the new Locusts + abyss rework, the lil portal and delirious rework, the god’s flesh and mars changes, and maybe the mega bean change if possible.
