How do I unlock evil charm?
I don't have it on my main file, but I have it on the file 2, for some reason, and Idk how I get it. Can't progress with dead god achievement

The wiki doesn't list any unlock requirement, implying it is unlocked by default.

Don't refer to the item list to check unlocked items, that's not its purpose. The item list shows items you picked up during runs, not unlocked ones.

According to the wiki, Evil Charm is only in the secret room item pool (both in regular runs and greed mode).
