Mars just does nothing?

I double tap and I just flash white but dont dash. huh???

If you pressed any direction after the double tap, you canceled the dash by doing so. Yes, this was a change. Before that change, it was very easy to trigger it accidentally and force yourself into taking damage.

it still just does nothing. Idk what im doing wrong. I am just double tapping and it flashes and no moving at all
