Blue Fly Damage
I've heard Blue Flies do x2 your damage stat yet with ipecac they're only doing 7 damage
How do blue flies really work?

They ignore the +40 damage of ipecac. This is a very deliberate nerf to ipecac and just for ipecac since I don't think there's any other dmg or multiplier they ignore. Magic fingers(spend coin to damage room) also ignores ipecac's damage boost.
