Lua5.3.3f.dll Fix - Sort of Maybe...

If you get the Lua5.3.3f.dll error crash, or the game doesn't launch, do the following:
>open Steam library
>right click on Binding of Isaac Rebirth
>Properties...
>Installed files
>Browse (the installation folder, duh)
>copy your Lua5.3.3f.dll onto the same folder
>rename your Lua5.3.3f.dll copy to Lua5.3.3r.dll
