Repentance+ Offline Input Lag

After the update my game was running fine and I was able to play the game for over an hour without any issues. I recently was playing a run when the game started to become very laggy. My frames dont seem to be dropping, but there is an insane amount of input delay as well as an entire game slow down. The problem resolves temporarily by restarting my PC, but then returns with appx 20 minutes of play. Is anyone else experiencing this/ have a fix for it? The one fix i have been seeing is changing Vsync in the ini from 1 to 0 but that did not help.

exactly the same issue. started after the input delay option was introduced in the options. I set it on every possible one but still it's laggy as hell
