Missing Flesh/Red door after Mom fight (SPOILERS)
I already beat corpse with one of the characters.

Trying to get to corpse with Isaac now, but no red/flesh door is there after the mom fight. Is my game bugged? This happened twice in a row. I upgraded from Afterbirth recently....

Which mom did you fight ?
The one in Mausoleum / Gehenna (harder and different one) or the classic in Womb / Utero ?
The flesh door can only spawn in Mausoleum / Gehenna. The normal path doesn't spawn it.
