How to enable mods for multiplayer???

You cant tell me after 7 months of beta they just disabled the option to play with mods in online coop?? Is there any way to enable them in ONLINE MULTIPLAYER?

No. It isn't supported. A lot of mods have already been broken for singleplayer in the move to Repentance+.
You can try this, (https://github.com/xADDBx/Isaac-Online-Modded) but desyncs are common even when all players in the lobby are running the same mods, depending on the mod.

Yeah the desyncs are sadly happening often with good connection and just the same mod as well, this isn't it tbh

What are you using that's causing desyncs? O.o

I'm using this to play with a friend; he doesn't have any mods, I have EID and a few more. We never even had a single desync.

Well he got mods to work in multiplayer but it always desyncs, dunno why this is so broken
