is Book of Revelations broken!?

first floor item room was Book of revelations, first floor fight was famine in the cellar
then I go to the second floor which is the basement and I use book of revelations twice...
The boss is larry jr...
Is it a bug or is Book of revelations broken!?

Book of revelation only give you one of the horsemen on each type of floor. One in basement/cellar, one is Caves/Catacombs, etc.

There is only 1 horseman fight each 2nd floor(basements/cellar, caves/catacombs and so on)

The Book of Revelations spawns one horseman every stage, not every floor. That means it only happens once in the basement, once in the caves, etc.

It will work as intended once you reach Caves I, assuming there isn't a double trouble fight on that floor.

You can only get a horseman as the boss on the first floor of each type, Basement/cellar 1,
Caves/whatever 1, Depths/Necro( I think ) 1, and Womb/Utero 1

Yep. Conquest is the worst. But hey in rebirth now we can also worry about getting Mr Fred and double bosses as well! Plus if you already have one, and decided to go for the other, there's only a 50% chance you can even get the one you're looking for. #redesignhowtounlocktheseachivementspls

I actually got meat boy completely built on my last run >:D now I just need ball of bandages fully built

Congrats man. Shame it wasn't bandage girl since that unlocks an item and meat boy doesn't, unless i'm just wrong.

Gl getting Bandage girl. Getting meat boy was second for me, and it took me about a full day of Book of Rev method untill I eventually came to the realization that getting both of them the same was is broken, and is way harder than it has any right to be, so I went and did the Monster manual method instead.

BoR only changes the boss 1 time in each floor bracket, example:basement or cellar, caves or catacombs, depths or necropolis, utero or womb, etc.
